install is doing my head in!!!!!!!

there is suppose to be a rubber grommit in the passenger footwell. do i have to remove the glove compartment to get to it or is there a way i can peel the carpet back ? still trying to feed this power cable from engine bay for my amps? wimmy if ur out there or tom ur help would be much appreciated? or anyone else with useful tips ?

No you dont have to remove the glove box, undo the circular plastic screw that holds the carpet down the pull back the carpet, you can't miss the grommit its large and has a mass of wire running through it

You might have to take the door sill off - the plastic thing - It's only held on by two or three screws. Then it just pulls off.

But yes, it's at the top of the carpet (sort of behind the glove box) but you definately don't have to take out the glovebox. - just feel away the carpet.

Be VERY VERY carful when you take the plastic trim off.

These break VERY easily.

if you do brake the trim when you are removing it, they are £14.19 from fiat.
