General Infotainment 3rd party replacement suggestions.

So, I have the 2016 Fiat 500x trekking FWD and the default infotainment system is... lacking. Can anyone recommend any 3rd party infotainment systems?

I've seen SO many options with even more variations, ranging from $129 to $400.

I'm just looking for one that supports Apple CarPlay. And has a full screen instead of the small default.
