Induction kit requiring ECU fiddle

Talking to my mate last night about getting an induction kit for his 1.8 HLX Bravo and he says that once he has got it he will need the ECU remapping to adjust the fuel as the air coming in will increase.

Would this be the same case on my Cinq?

Has anyone else who has fitted an induction had to do this?

How much can I expect to pay for this?

Do you need to go on a rolling road?

your ECU will adjust it self to be able to cope with the extra air will normall take a few miles not sure how many id give it 100 to be sure then you will fel the real difference
