Hi Guys, I have had my Cinquecento for about 4months now and my right indicator when I turn it on it flashes really quickly. The left one is fine and flashes at the normal speed. What could the problem be? What do I need to look for?

Also since having my car the indicators don't turn them selves off after you have turned the corner. You have to turn them off manually. What do I need to do or check to resolve this.

Thanks for your help

:)

I'm sure you've checked all your indicator bulbs are working? Cos mine did this wen my repeater was out!?

May b someone's taken the cancellor off the indicators like Pete has

Rick, as Em says I've taken the self cancellers off both my cinqs as I honestly think you're better off without them. They were always cancelling at the wrong time or even stopping me from indicating if I caught it at the wrong spot, so I got fed up and took a vital bit out of the mechanism.

Out of interest, do you still have the Fiat steering wheel on?

Agree with what's above about the lights, they usually flash quick if there's a bulb gone.

Checked the bulbs at the weekend and one brake light was out, replaced for a new one, all bulb where working. On my way to work yesterday and that’s when it started, I will check them all again 2nite.

Yes the steering wheel is the original Fiat one also I don’t think the cancellers have been removed. As sometimes you can here the indicator click, as though they are going off but they wasn't on in the first place. Also sometimes it’s difficult to indicate, you have to pull the indicator hard, then it clicks (seems like you have broke it) and starts indicating. All a bit weird really.

Thanks guys n gals
