indicator problem

Hello All
And i have a problem with my indicators the left hand side is showing that there working on the dash but theres no indicators working on that side.
And the problem is away under the dash and now i have been told that the immobiliser is hooked up to it as well. Is there anyone out there who knows what the problem is
