Technical indicator/hazards

Hi all its been a long time since i was on hear back in 2010

so i brought a van for my work and it was going all right but suddenly that the driver indicator stoped working or when i mess with the indicator that starts to work again.

in the middle of the dashboard i can hear the left side ticking away but then when it comes to the driver side nothing.

can any one give a step by step guild please it would be apericated oh a garage by me was going to charge me £35 per hour to find the fault

Hi. The Ticking noise will be the relay..making all 4 work..

Chances are its dirty connections around the bulb/ holder. What did you fiddle with before..?

i had to hit the hazard switch just been quoted 209+ vat for the whole set of front switches as its a compleat set :yuck::bang:
