General In need of new parts

I have the Xenon lights on me 3 Door JTD...

Any ideas how long they last before the bulbs need changing??

If so are there any better bulbs out there and where to get and how much etc??

Also whats a better set of brake pads for the 3 door stilo?
and where to get?

I'm just wanting to know so if in need of any of the above I know where to go to get some good quality parts for my awesome quality car...

I'm wanted to maintain my car to keep it running in tip top condition for years and years!

Any tips on doing this would be great too!

If you have the real Xenon headlights (no manual adjustment on the "My Car" panel and headlight wash), the Xenon bulbs should be lifetime. You won't get a better bulb either, and they cost around £60 each, and have to be fitted by a dealer (they have 20,000V inducers behind them).

I thought genuine Xenon bulbs sucked, thats why loads of Merc owners moaned when Mercedes introduced Xeneon lighing into their cars as they typically pop after about 12months!

2003 3 Door Stilo 1.2 Active, Sassy Grey, 5 disc CD Changer, plastic wheel trims - and 41.7mpg average so far. Love it, Oh yes!

yup, its definitely a sweet motor, esp for a 13year old

Actually I've noticed a lot of peoples ages seem to be down as 13, maybe its a default[?]

The xenons do look nice, but are a tad much at £500 extra! Your car is specced pretty much as I would like to spec my next one, except I'll have my leather black thankyou

Would have had the leather this time only I couldn't wait for a factory order and I missed out on a stock one identical to mine (but with leather) by a few minutes

My bulbs (just a notice ... that they are not Xenons) quit working after 22months and 25.000km.Having the fact that i drove with headlights turned on all the time.I only changed the front right ... the left one is still working.
