i've just inherited a punto mk1 from my brother and it's got a crap headunit in it.
i've just found out its showing errors when any cd is put in it, for convenience sake i wanted to keep it as it had amp pre-outs, but i've got a much better HU and want to get that fitted, unfortunately i can see that behind the old head unit there's been some diy wiring going on, it's not just a case of using an iso wiring harness, because of this i was wondering what the best course of action is to take,

edit: seing as iso is industry standard will the wire colours on this kit be the same as the original punto ones
