my bravo 12v ,has got somme electrical probs.
sometimes everiting that works electricly dont work properly. ex: the lights dimm
the wind sheild whyppers work half speed the power windows work more slowly than usual i have a new battery placed ,all the fuses checked,wiring everything ,iv checked everything ! can you please help me??

Try

Sound to me as though you have a bad earth causing a high resistance in a circuit. Start with the battery seeing as you have repplaced this of late. Make sure it is tight and there is no corrosion on the connections. Get some one to apply the brakes while you are watching the lights, put indicators on too, if these do not function correctly you have an earth problem.

Earth strap

There should also be a earthing strap connecting the engine to the bodyshell. I usually find this attached to the gearbox side but I don't know where the Bravo's is. But it does sound like a really bad earth (or a massive short) as suggested by John.

I would clean ALL the battery connectors with some wet & dry paper just to make sure. Has anything stopped working completely ?

the only thing that doesnt work when this happens are the ,speedometer ,rpm counter,temp. gauge and the central locking. best regards

It could be a short circuit on one of the switches on the steering column, if all your intruments go offline as well then it may be connected to something you have done in the car. Have you replaced any bulbs or taken apart any part of the dashboard, stereo etc? You may have spliced a wire or diconnected an earth inadvertently. If not then take the car to the nearest Auto electrician for testing, this will not be cheap but the resistance that is building in up in one of your electrical system could cause a fire.....do not want to alarm but best to be safe than sorry

i have taken the dashboard off to replace the color off to put some white dials , but it was in the beguinin off the past year.
if you remember off any other thing i would apprechiated, because the money is a bit short!

found it!....

WELL GUYS IT WAS THE EARTH CABLE , IT WAS BROKEN,IV FIX IT N THE BRAVO RUNS GREAT,THANKS FOR THE HELP.
