Sounds like you're getting the exact same set up me!

1.2 bottom
421 mani
866 cam
GSR
40mm throttle body
uno inlet

car looks epic - hope mine will be like this when I've sorted it all out!

add to that

lightened and balanced crank, flywheel, gas flowed head, triple angled valve seats, skimmed to the max markers for high compression ect

cheers for the kind word though, kinda makes all the hard work worth it :D

sooo today i got the tricker and mckritch'd ecu cheers ming ur a star :D

unfortunately the throttle cable holder is broken so one of those needs to be sourced, not 100% sure what the part came from but its not the same part as the standard tb,

so after a quick test up the road she officially goes like stink :D, throttle response is soo much better, it pulls so hard all the way from 3k up to the limiter, only a couple of small issues, it hunts very slightly and ticks over around 1.3k rpm im gonna swap out the icv from the old tb and see if that settles it if not ill look into making a thicker pair of gaskets for the spacer,

if any ones wanting one of these then seriously look as hard as you can and sxpect to pay top money as its gotta be one of the best mods going... but well worth it

How do you mean the warm up procedure?? I've reset it once and it just made the hunting worse :( it doesn't seem to be leaking anywhere as I did the easy start trick of spraying all the connecting areas and pipes but no change in idle so I'm pretty sure there's no air leaks or damaged pipes, will run it to and from work tomorrow and see if its any better by the end of the day, worst case its just swapping one for another, no expense just half hour with the ratchet :)

from cold.. disconnect battery for bit to reset, reconnect and start the car (at no point touch accelerator, if it stalls just start it again and carry on), let it idle until the fan comes on and off and then on and off a second time, then turn car off. It allows it to set its idle parameters all the way through the temperature range.

PS> This is all in the haynes manual for future reference ;)
