thats right i finally have my PEN15 back, i own an alfa again.

i looked at loads of them until i found the right one. i lost the ebay auction but the buyer didnt show up so i got it for less than the auction ended. it is as close to a new car as you can realistically get for the money, a real minter.

Looks tidy, but I'd have to colour code those wing mirrors, stands out like a sore thumb!

Good buy!

do real men buy nearly new, minto condition, non-sheds, requiring no work?:p

i have to say, despite myself, the car does tug at your heart in the way sitting in a BMW doesn't quite nail.

i'm wondering if the random unreliableness of the uno has set me up for badass alfa ownership.....:D

get yourself a 155 and you can have uno reliability with an alfa badge on the front. :D

that'll only be due to age, the 156's when they are at a similar age will probably have more general problems i'd imagine. 155's aren't that unreliable tbh, 16v ones are just as reliable as 156's and suspension components are cheaper and sometimes more robust than the 156's more advanced set up.

also the 155 is a much more Raw car compared to the 156 which is more of a comfortable cruiser in comparison though it has more advanced suspension and a much better interior. but a 155 is much more aggressive in styling and has more racing titles and as seen on alfa track days a slightly tweaked model will beat even a GTA round some twistier tracks. (y) although in a recent thing by AOL it is the 5th worst car of the 90's!! here which seems a little unfair tbh. the btcc 155 is the car my brother had a poster of on my wall when i was little and i've always liked it.

the 156 has mass apeal due to it's relatively inoffence good looks as opposed to the wedge styling which is either detested or liked of the 155. both are good cars tbh.
