im a bit worried

i saw another car i like today so i thought id pop in and see about it, anyway while i was in there i asked about mine (pics on http://kayla6891.bebo.com) and he went off, when he came back he said he had spoken to whoever and its come back that my car has an outstanding/on going insurance claim from 2004. i only bought the car in november 2006 so im a bit worried i had no problems changing my insurance for it. Hes gonna ring be back tomorrow and let me know what hes found out. Im not buying that other car from him tho, he was really nasty about mine!

Sounds like whoever had the car before may have had a bump/accident and its still not settled? Shouldnt affect you as you were not the owner at the time
