Good evening I have a question. I have a 850 that was running fine now it will not turn over or nothing. Last time It ran it would run and die in just a short distance. Now when I try to start it, nothing,lights work fuel pump works, but the car will not turn over at all, I noticed that the ignition coil is getting hot. Could ignition coil be the problem why the car is not turning over at all the battery is fully charged

Coil will get hot if ignition left on for more than a short while without engine running especially with contact points and condensor as will damage them also.
I have seen coils with oil bubbling out of them due to this!
Your problem sounds more to do with the starting/cranking side rather than an ignition /spark problem, although now coil etc. has got hot you may have other problems.
Your original running then dying problem may be related to the points and condensor issue, if you make a habit of having ignition on for instance whilst checking other things.
The safest way is to disconnect the coil live 12 volt supply side if you need the ignition on to check lights for example.
Often the first sign of condensor fault would be a misfire, then finally stopping the engine.
What happens is the job of the condensor is to cause a rapid drop in voltage as points open and close to prevent "arcing at the points" which causes "blue and burnt/pitting" at the contact points.
I have fitted many sets of points and condensors in over 55 years in the motor trade but less than a handful of ignition coils in that time.
All this is assuming you have not got electronic ignition fitted.;)
