Technical If I change headunit to aftermarket, what problems can I expect?

Have purchased an Android HU to pop into our 2014 Panda.

By removing the factory unit and installing this one can I expect any issues such as flashing odometer, or Blue and Me battery drain, or anything else?

Disconnect the blue&me unit anyway, it won't work with your new head unit, I can't remember if I got a flashing odo when I swapped mine out, but I did proxi alignment afterwards and later when I disconnected blue&me, otherwise no issues.
