have a small niggle, this happens only when car has heated up, the car has slowly been geting lower on idle revs must be about 750 by now, this has been happening over the last year. also the revs are ment to go down to about 1000 revs then wiat a second and the go down to normal idle but mine just drops down to just below normal idle then goes to normal idle, some times i get the hunting idle thing as well, have changed whole throttle body so not that, any things that would give these symptoms that i could try and fix cheers

possibly lambda if its only when warm. engine could be getting the wrong air/fuel ratio causing poor idling.
what engine is it?
Popular topic is the idle speed on the 1108.
Just because your lambda was ok in november, but that was november and not now, I had problems with idle speed similar to what you describe last year shortly after putting some poor fuel in [I didnt know it was poor when they were taking my money off me!!], I tried a few things including resetting the ecu which helped a little, but the problem did come back after a few miles, I ended up buying a new lambda, - problem sorted.
best thing to do right now, is to go to a friendly MOT station and ask them to test your emissions, they will be able to tell you with a better degree of accuracy, what the problem is.

edit: as an afterthought, check the pipe and the electrical connector on the map sensor, this can also lead to poor idling.
