Beyond me, I'm sorry. Unless you can find out where it originally came from and then hope that they kept records of what the stampings mean, your only other option will be to get it professionally measured by someone who does this sort of thing - eg: tuners who prepare race cars etc.
For comparison, I dug out the original cam that was fitted to my standard 500F and it's marked 'SF' and '8' between the lobes on one side and 'C' and 'FIAT' on the other side.
Out of interest, I've also attached a photo of a spare inlet cam from one of my other cars. It is identified with a factory stamp that can be quite easily cross referenced.
The other marks on camshafts are usually notches that are used for static timing.
Someone else may be able to help.
