Technical IAW-16F can not response diagnostic cominucation IG-ON at second or later time a day.

Dear all,
I try to communicate to IAW-16F(punto cablio 176) use IAW_SCAN2 & VGAKKL.
When I IG-ON at first time a day, can communicate and read a data. (CASE1)
When I IG-ON at second or later time a day, can not communicate and read a data. (CASE2)
Those behavior do not change if unplug battey cable.

Then, I add founction of communication console & trace to IAW_SCAN2, I checked response.

When the CASE2, can receive ISO code(55 D0 85 07 94 45) from IAW-16F.

I think to can not generate the specialy baudrate of 7812 bps and the communication interval of 110 msec.
Other, I checked request timing & baudrate use to oscilloscope, may not problem.

Does anyone know of those behavior?

i have no concrete answer but i'd try a different kkl cable, cheap not working cables seem commonplace
