OK we do have a different engine (1.4 16V) but on our Sei which started life as an MPi we use a SuperSprint s/s manifold and have a CAT fitted in the recess that on the SPi models the cat sits in.
All you need to do is then get a lambda boss welded on after the CAT and extend the wires on the lambda its only got 3 wires IIRC.
I know that with your position you're saying its difficult to get something made, but there must be somewhere, even a Powerflow type place within 50miles that can do it.
You buy manifold and get a CAT, either a 2nd hand Cento SPi CAT, though be careful I've seen them collapse inside and be near impossible to get any airflow through meaning strangled car. Or a free flowing one, Renaultsport Clio 182's have a 200cell CAT as standard and many are decatted so they pop up cheap. Though not as often anymore as all forms of motorsport now in UK need a CAT fitted and I'm sure it will not be long before tracks start imposing CO2 as well as noise levels if it becomes cheap enough to check track side.
Its not going to be cheap, so you have to weigh up if its worth it or just get a CAT back exhaust.
