I NEED help installing a new radio in my 2002 mk2 Punto

Hello

Basicaly my old factory radio in my 2002 MK2 Punto died and I thought I'd use that as an opportunity to get myself something a tiny bit nicer.

Im planning to get something used off my local ebay-esque site.

I asked my friend to borrow me his old Sony CDX GT20 ,just so I could test fit it and see if it was as simple as I thought SPOILER: It wasn't.

I've got 2 plugs(one brown-reddish and one black) and an antenna.
Radio also had appropriate slots for those 2 plugs ,and I plugged everything together but the radio wouldnt work ,it had no power at all.
I've figured it might be something with the wiring and that FIAT used some propriatery system.

So what do I need to do to get aftermarket radios working in my Punto
