Bravo 1.4SX 12V R Reg 1987 5speed petrol - does anyone have or can recommend a place where I can get an engine fitted - mines SHOT and its better to get the whole thing replaced!

Prefereably second hand by the way.

Nige from Angel Tuning had a brand new one still in the box!!!! Worth a go checking if he still has it

if you can still drive it do what i did with my bmw (cracked block), trade it in & get shot of it.

thought about setting fire to it to be honest! i even went to a second hand car dealership but as soon as they test drive it it becomes apparent what the problem is.

I also thought about auctions but even those have 24hrs to return the car "no questions asked" if it conks out on you.

im now awaiting quotes on engine rebuilts and new engines - lots of money i know but i dont want the hassle of buying a car, taxing it, changing the insurance, servicing it, getting A NEW PARKING PERMIT etc etc etc sometimes its just better to pay - unless anyone has any better ideas?

i got the car quite cheap £1400 so even £500 on top (which would make it up to £1900) will at least allow me to sell it at a half decent price!! right now its worth F88k all!
