Work done, inlet manifold sanded down to get rid of stuck on dirt....front slam panel sprayed balck, and the obvious airfeed and airbox sprayed grey

i did put my bonnet lifters on but still not got any pictures up, will have soome tomorrow hopefully

I think you should try and keep the colour scheme simple. It looks nice and clean, but ideally you should stick to your cars colour plus 1 other contrasting colour. The silver looks nice, but black works equally well. Both, together, make it look like its had 2nd hand parts fitted to repair it I'm sure the 'i've been smashed' look isn't what your aiming at...

Top work nonetheless. If you ever get your cambelt changed, get the cover off the mechanic straight away, get it home, sprayed, and back down for refitting. It'll look mint.

That was my plan, until i decided i'd drop car off at the garage and let them change my belt and tensioners while i was on holiday. Car was left on my driveway waiting for me when i got home so i could drive down to them to pay. Hows that for service?

Anyway, i digress..

Well hello again shaun,

sure ur bay looks more spicey , but I think you should have concentrated in painting those nasty rusty bolts and try a little polish around the shock housings.

I agree with fellow boo's regarding the slam panel , kinda looks like you had a front smash and money ran out with color coding to match.

By the way , what bulbs do ya put in your poly's , i got the LED sides , and next to then my xenons still look rubbish and yellowy (not a real word but hey)

i know lol i always get asked that with my front end being a different colour, i get asked lol ill get asked more now hehe i suppose its the only way ull know if itll work and well we all know the answer haha

and as for the bulbs, i just got crappy xonon or sumit off ebay for now, will get better ones lafter on ones i got my headlights done

oh I see, (although would like to see more clearely lol) down at my local motor shop, I was told of some posh bulbs that aparently give the extra bright white HID look , but cost around £50.
I told him for that price I wanna see em working first ! That wern't gonna happen.

So howcome no air induction ??

I have just removed mine ,got fed up with the noise. Now got K&N inside orig box. Drives BETTER than with induction. (did keep cold air feed attached)

Any hoo , ur motor looks cool.. Nice rims matey.

thats what iv got, but the HID's are welllll better, im sure alot of people can back me on that lol... all them ones of mine do is stop it lookign soo yellow lol

no induction kit because i use to have a k&n filter like what uv got, but i got very old so i took it out and didnt have money for an induction kit so i didnt bother lol but im guna do what uv done, get another normal K&N filter liek u and get an air feed when iv redone my bumper

As Tom said above yes i do have the other one in a closet as my Brava died so i think i'm right in saying Tom that mine is Number 3 after the first test one you made, then the one you have on yours would be number 2?
