Hi, when I bought my 500 I wasn't given a welcome pack by my dealer so I wonder if you would be so kind as to send me one in the post?

Saz77 this Forum isn't anything to do with Fiat its an unofficial forum run by fiat car owners

(as you can imagine fiat wouldn't like to host a site where their cars/service get slagged off, and people talk about DIY repairs as they wouldn't want to take trade away from their franchise dealers

It's just a little presentation box with a small usb stick with software to register yourself with Fiat.
Given out free with new Fiats. Unless the dealer has run out because Fiat are a pain in the arse to order more from.

Carlisle hasn't got it's own services, was it Southwaite (south of Carlisle)? Could have told you not to stop there anyway, try Tebay, they win awards all the time for being lovely
