there was a thing in the news recently. A guy in Pontefract was caught one Friday night under the influence of drugs and for speeding and was left to be on his way by the coppers. next night, he was 4 times over the limit on alcohol and under the influence of Heroin, overtakes someone on a blind crest doing 90 on a 40 road. Head on collision with a Fiesta with 2 young girls in. all 3 dead

The Cinq is an unbelievably strong little man. This was the result of a 95mph bin in the small hours of a late October morning in '97. It's actually a lot further up the tree than it looks. I walked away with nothing more than a few cuts. That's why I bought another one. Very strong indeed......Cinq_Racer said:

lol, in case you didn't know, everyone who races on public road is uninsured. Have a look in the highway code (racing is illegal) and in your insurance policy (racing is excluded). So even if you do have an insurance policy it's invalid for racing.
Somebody ask to lay off the boy-racer thing. My idea of a boy racer is sombody who generally drives like a ****, is pretty stupid and quite often drives as if their car is stolen. I won't lay off boy-racers, they're idiots! There's no excuse for it. If you're gonna drive fast you can at least do it with some level of safety and intelligence! Of course boyracers usually do think that they're safe, but that's due to their stupidity.

Thanks for all your replys guys. This must be the friendlyest forum I have ever been on. One day that loser is going to go to far and end up either seriously hurting himself or even getting killed.
I know you lot probaly aint gonna like this, but its my birthday today and to my lovely suprise I woke up to find a Ford Escort on my drive. My dear mum felt so bad she went out and bought me a new car.
Its a K reg Diamond white Escort, 1.3 litre, 3 door sporty hatch, with spoiler, colour coded bumpers, colour coded mirrors, sunroof, and other things. There isn't a slight bit of rust or any dents and it passed its MOT on Friday just gone.
I was so happy but then it hit me, what the hell is the insurance gonna be like. I rang my AA insurance up, told them I'd got a new car and what it was. He said that car will put your insurance up quite a lot so he went away and come back to say it had only gone up by £125!!!! I know have fully comp insurance with breakdown cover for only £750 a year.
But don'y worry lads, this aint the end of my Fiat days, I still love them and will definately be buying one soon.

Iv'e always wanted an Escort as they are one of my favourite cars ever. I know you guys on here will never agree with me but I'm afraid to say I'd have an escort compared to a Cinq any day. At least I can go quicker and feel safer in this car.
My next car I will definately have will be a Bravo or a Punto. So don't worry, all hope isn't lost.
