Thanx everyone i went and bought the keys from my local audio shop then only cost 2 pound and it was easy the only problem now is trying to install my pioneer p80mp headunit it just doesnt seem to want to go in
Anyone got any ideas how i might be able to do it

Have you put in the correct cage for the new h/u personally I would have just used 4 nails to get them h/u works, every time.....

when you say it doesn't go in, is this size wise? or dosn't secure?

Took me 30 mins or more of pulling cables when I installed alpine cda 9812rb

Not much space behind the headunit for the RCA's and the other associated gubbins... ended up with hand up under the dash on passenger side trying to pull cables through while sliding headunit in !! Now it's in... it ain't coming out unless I sell the bu**er !!

When amping my HGT was unable to find battery access so drilled and gromouted the floor on the passenger side will get photos if wanted.

Steve

photos would be good! As i cant seem to find any one who knows where to the power cord on a mk2 punto sporting!!? Really want to get started but i cant seem to find any way of getting the cord thorugh the gromit seems far to tight...

here is a pic of someones engine bay .. with the grommet to put the red amp cable trough .. just make a hole with something pointy in the rubber and then you can push the cable into the car..

Mastermick70, does your pioneer p80mp run your battery down, or is it running from your ignition?
