HT Lead problem

Hi all, Im new to the site ant desperately need some help. I am currently changing the HT leads on my 2001 punto sporting 1.2 16v and number four lead has broken of in the plug hole. it seems pretty tight i've tried hooking it with a screw driver however I seem to pushing it further in. Any ideas folks?

Ive tried similar tools but they all are a little too wide, thanks anyway...:bang:

Make yourself two small hooks, and pull it out....!
