Michael Donovan, 39, the man who lived at the house and the uncle of Ms Matthews' boyfriend Craig Meehan, was charged with kidnap and abduction. He is now awaiting trial.
Meanwhile Mr Meehan, 22, has been charged with possessing indecent images of children.
His sister, 25-year-old Amanda Hyett, was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
Mr Meehan's mother, 49-year-old Alice, was arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice.

i wouldnt want to kill her.
just keep her alive and fully conscious (wtf sp?!) so she is aware of the pain. if she passes out, let her recover slightly and start again.

ooh good call, so many different bits to play with, so many ways to cause pain.
send her back to her estate.
got to look to history for some inspiration i think.
how about hanging her then putting remains in a gibbet for a full year. to show others not to try the same, bit extreme perhaps?
there's also peeling back the skin and applying salt to the bare flesh and generally pulling them apart til they're dead.
or wrap them in tight wet leather and then let it dry out.
hmmmmm interesting looking back at these practices, but did they work? i think they did. these days punishments are too soft. so there's no real deterrent! but then that's going off topic.
personally i think she and everyone involved should be forced to pay back every penny that the operation to find the girl cost and the court costs etc. and it should be done by hard labour doing jobs like clearing rhynes and digging ditches and general work councils need doing. this needs to be done in a true prison environment ie. no telly, just a bucket and blanket in a cell.
