Hi!
I am thinking of replacing the shift knob. I just bought my Punto, and it's pretty worn out.
Could you tell me how to replace it, and what kind of knob will fit, considering that lift-up reverse thing?

On my Doblo's by prising the centre gear position marker/cap out you access a centre nut on the threaded gear lever shaft, so may be similar.
Hopefully if that is the case with yours then you can leave the reverse lift part as original.
Done carefully a thin screwdriver will lift that cap without marking the gear knob.

Will try, thank you
