I don't understand how to modify my handbrake cable of cinq' yo accept caliper UT ? It's not the same cable between Ut et cinq

on the end of the cinq cable, there is a loop. cut the loop off. cut it low enough so it just goes through the hoops on the UT calipers and clips into the caliper.

if you post a picture of the end of the cable, i'll show u which bit to cut off if i've not been clear!

oki thanx

DO NOT CUT OFF THE PLASTIC AND SPRING LIKE I DID IN THAT PICTURE. It will still work, but i don't think i should've cut it off. try it with it on before cutting it off!

only cut the hook off.

Is there a solution to cut that whitout eletricity ? I Have no electricity where I work on my car lol

I try to pu the cable but the plastic will not go into the first hole of the caliper here =>

I think I will have to cut the plastic but I can keep the spring

I can't finish my rear conversion, because I haven't received Ut hub, I hate the postman !!!!!:yuck:

I will go crazy !!!!

I try to respect the faq but it's wrong

"simply fit the uno turbo rear plate, hub, disc and caliper."

my disc is too near one side of the rear plate , it touchs the side and go wrong

I think I will have to use spacers 2or3mm between hub and disc in order to push the disc outside

It arrives to somebody ? your disc is central in the two sides of the plate

I have old plate, caliper and discs UT with all new hub UT

I don't understand lol and i will drive on a french track friday

do you have the stone guards in place? they are around a few mm and act as spacers.

i have GT rear brakes on custom mounts, not UT brakes on UT hubs etc so i'm only guessing here

I try with or without and the problem is the same

use some washers to pack the discs out thats what i done i used spray mount with 2 washers to bring it out to the desired distance

Thanks for help

oki for the washers between hub and discs but it's not too dangerous ?

Left "écrou"

Right "Rondelle"

On my car it's not the caliper that I have to move with washers, too easy)

It's the other side, I will try to put some washers between disc and hub or also I will modify the spacer 3mm in order to

I will see , thanx
