How to locate the manufacturing date

Hi.

Can somebody tell me how to find out the manufacturing date of the FIat Palio Stile. I did not find the date on the Chasis # MAH178H7EX08067928XARZ ENG : 3796222. However the engine has got the date as 15/04/2007.
