General how to fix the jacking sills?

smash then off and grind them down then bend some strong steel to the shape and mig weld it on, thats only way i know garages will weld it on.

It all depends on how bad the rust is TBH.

couple of hundred i think but then again even i think that garage i work at charges way too much for anything.
