Technical how to change indication from miles to km?

Hi all,

I've got Fiat Tipo DGT with electronic dashboard.
It indicates the speed in miles.
Does anybody know what to do for indication was in kilometres?

the buttons up the left of the dash - one of them should change Km/Miles.

There is a wire strap in the rear of the dashboard, if you can't find one you should remove the dashboard, open its case and do the strap with an iron solder.
