I think its as simple as shaping and welding a metal piece to the bonnet

ok... i will forgive you :yum: i would imagine they cut out two bits of metal, weld it on then use that sculpting putty kind of stuff you can get from halfords, sand it down, and then spray?? dunno if that gave you a rough idea
