How on earth do I post in the 'Wanted' section..?

I'd like to post a request in the 'Wanted' section in Classifieds,but I cant find a 'New Thread' link to do so.
Can anyone please advise a dumb ar*se please..!!

Go to Classifieds, then click on 'Place an ad' in the top right corner ish
