General How often should i change my Paraflu up coolant?
As it's a sealed system there is no reason to change the coolant just for it's own sake. That said, the water pump and/or thermostat will need to be replaced at some point, so this action creates the ideal opportunity to renew the coolant as it will need to be drained anyway.

Apologies, you're right of course. My point was that you're likely to be replacing a component of the cooling system before you'd ever need to just renew the coolant itself.
According to Fiat handbook: Paraflu Ultra Protection should be changed at least every 5 years, (as every long life OAT coolant btw...).
When changing a WP only about 1 liter coolant is neseccary, so that's no real change....
