On the subject of bidding, what do you reckon to the new system where the bidders id is hidden if it goes over £100?

i'm here nor there tbh. i liked viewing bidders' their purchase histories, and see if i was competing with a sniper, or someone who only buys cheap tat. Does the seller see their details? As an occasional seller myself i think i'd like to know who was bidding.
i dont think i've bid as much as that before, but then, if i won it, i think i could find a loan to finance it. and i could always sell the skoda

yep, the seller sees all the details so can check up on past history ect, I think this way its hadder to spot false id's
