Just been treating some rust in my tiny garage on my Punto.

Reversed out, the aerial got caught in the garage door (as it was open and up in the ceiling) and now it seems extremely floppy in the base.

Was it always like this or have I broke something?

Should be firmly fixed and you have upset something and may be rippled the roof. I did this to one of my Pandas but never sorted it out, If the thing is loose it will probably leak. I just sealed the base with automotive black silicon from Halfords and did not have a problem. Hope you manage to get it sorted Just looked at Haynes manual for Panda. It just says you need to remove headlining to get at the aerial base and gives no further details. Sorry not to be ,more help. Good luck
