It sounds like you have some top-end problems.
If you have high oil consumption it could be that one or more of the valve guide seals is leaking, letting oil into the combustion chamber... That would cause a misfire if the spark plugs are oiled up as a result.
Or you could have a burnt valve (if one of the valves - exhaust usually - was sticking. Then that cylinder (or cylinders) would have poor compression and so rough and uneven running.. plus a bit of banging if the valves still aren't seating accurately.
The good news is that if you buy a new (second-hand) cylinder head and fit it, your car will be suddenly "fixed". Stilo's are pretty tough cars and you're so close now that you must get to 370,300kms (the distance to the moon) before you are allowed to scrap it.
Fit a new cambelt, tensioner and water pump while the cylinder is off.. It'll make it to the end..
