firstly do you have electric or manual mirrors?
either way its fairly simplem but i dont have any diagrams
is it just the glass replacement piece you have, or is it the movement mechanism you have aswell?
ill do it on a complete unit, mechanism and galss
you firstly need to remove the interior blanking plate, it will either be the nice plat one for leccy mirrors or the one with the adjustment toggel for the manual. if its manual you need to remove the rubber boot by giving it a tug, it will come off nice and easy
then you undo the large nut that sits over the adjustment mech to hold it in place, this can be done by hand
next is to remove the blanking plate. get a flat head screwdriver (pref a smaller one) and wrap some cloth around the head of it and then in the top corner push it in and gently prize it off, its got a couple of small clips that come out nice and easily
then your onto the outside part
you need a medium to small phillips head screwdriver for this. get under the wing mirrior and you will find there are 3 screws visable, undo these and the galss and mech will be free. if you have leccy mirrors, undo the plug, then you need to wiggle the leccy plug or manual adjuster as you remove the glass, it will go through the door. refitting is the reverse.
