You looked in the tailgate inner (nearside) ?
(lift the tailgate and look on the inside nearside of the lifted tailgate)

Look around the boot area, including the door.
Fiat could from the vin.
Otherwise check the colours for your year of production. Can't imagine too many grigio

I have sorted 1 of the cars but only have access to vin on parts car, tailgate is gone
Thanx got my colour but no tailgate on parts car

OK , post a pic of the car and we'll work it out from that
I asked Fiat for a build sheet from my VIN , and they supplied it within three days but the paint code in that PDF wasn't the paint code that the paint guy needed (when I had my rear end touched up a couple of weeks ago , proper paint code was 735A and the PDF showed Pastel paint 5DL)

If only a pic would help, I've seen them both look same to me but I bought a 500 one time that was 2 different colours and didn't notice

In the absence of the tailgate, do what I did and contact Fiat with your VIN and ask nicely for the Build sheet/Data for your car.
They responded within 2 or 3 days for me, with an attached PDF with all the options for my specific build.
(I wasn't asking for the paint code , just wanted general info on what I actually had, but the paint code will be there)

Ive got a lot going on 2 500s to keep on the road for the kids and teaching 1 to drive. This 500 don't like learnersI've said already
