Got my Bravo on Friday gone and on Saturday went up to a Rolling Road Day id organised thru my site.

Was expecting anything between 140 & 150 from my 1998 (147bhp) Bravo HGT.

Pretty much knob on :-D the 0.1 extra bhp must have been the www.kernow-kruz.co.uk stickers ;->

Nice looking car mate :)

Some of them are pretty good, some are way out...

I saw a Saxo VTS (125bhp), come out as 105, and a VTR (98bhp), come out as 117bhp...

Was that at the wheels or the flywheel?

Re: Re: How accurate was THIS rolling road!!!

That was at the flywheel. Hoping to do some mods then take it back for a progress run

Re: Re: Re: How accurate was THIS rolling road!!!

That will be estimated flywheel value. Rolling roads do tend to over estimate the numbers if you get them to do tuning work. If you are there just to get a number they are generally alot better. (unless its for Revs, Lax Flower, Rev Bob Toss show etc..)

My local guy is known for being pretty good. A place in southampton are outright liars though.

Another white HGT?

Another of the dealers disgraceful scams here.....

"Phew, sorry mate, it's white - poor residues. Had it been in silver or black we could have offered you more."

Personally, I think a white machine looks the dogs ********, especially if it's got some form of red, i.e. Abarth wheel centres as a bit of contrast.

Personally, I think Fiat have produced some horrendous colours for their range. In order of dislike,

1. Lichen Green
2. Arboreal Red
3. Margeurita Orange
4. Broom Yellow. Which was incidentally my colour.

Who had the Arboreal Red 1.8HLX machine with the cream/red piped interior? As an exception to the rule, that looked ace.

Sorry to the owners of machinery in the above four colours.

It could really do with a good clean inside and out though...
