Personally, i would only go for the low mileage service at 1, 3, 5 years old etc, only because when the car is 2 years old for example you should have spark plugs but they are NEVER done on the low mileage schedule - even though they haven't done the mileage, they still are 2 years old and not platinum jobbies like on AR's.
Ideally you should only need to replace a pollen filter every 2 years, or 24k or as the smell dictates
.
Low mileage, 3 years old brake fluid/air filter, 5 years timing/aux belts and tensioners. Coolant is changed as strength dictates - if it ain't broke leave it the hell alone.
As for examiner updates - only done if there is a recall/update to be done and reset of the service reminder/check of inj.system when needed.
The rule is any VAT registered garage/service centre can service/repair your car as long as they use genuine Fiat parts and adhere to Fiat's repair procedures. Warranty issues only through dealer network and approved bodyshops.
