This GP looks amazing. Reading this thread makes me want get my wheels plasti dipped.

Only problem I see is the reg. Could it be moved to the left like on Alfa's so you can show off the mean grill/nose.

Either way still one of my favourite GP's on here

Well, its been quiet a while since i posted on here so heres a quick update .
Absolutely loving the car still! and its coming up to 2 years owning her in a couple of months, keep thinking of selling it but then i fall back in love with it after taking a few photos!. Did a little photo shoot last night when i was bored so here is the car as it is right now!

Yeah that's correct, it was but I felt like changing it up a bit so took the writing off the glass and put an adhesive badge on , quiet like how it looks for now but can easily change it back.

Think i may have a problem!!!, driving home in the snow today, my car felt very weird on the front right, was making a weird noise, hard to tell with all the slush n that i was driving through so i pulled over to check if it was a flat tyre, which it wasnt :S, i gave it a huge knock n nothing rattled or moved so off i went again very steady, i was limping the car home with the window down and music off, and it was making a very rough sounding noise from the wheel, no idea what it could be :S, but i noticed the wheel was trying to spinning ridiculously easy without any revs compared to the other one :S. Any body have any idea? im going to take the wheel off in the morning and have a look if i can see anything when its light.

I was driving mine the other day and got a rough scraping sound from my front left. After stopping for the second time, I realised that a wiring loom had dropped down and was rubbing on the tyre! Probably not it, but worth a look I suppose.

A cars differential will give the power through the path of least residents it is likely that this is what is happening causing one wheel to spin more than the other If you have a LSD then the power is spread evenly maybe the noise could be related to this somehow?

thanks james, will give it a good check in the morning. and yes jordan that is true, but should it really be having traction control kick in at 1500rpm lol, its never every spun that easy before, but it made the noise on completely flat roads without any spin, even with the clutch down and just coasting :S.

Everything was going so well with my car up untill about 3 hours ago!!, and its now dead and abandoned at the side of the road... i turned my ignition off, and went to start it and it just died, like its literally got no fuel in it, which it has because i put £45 today and no i havent put the wrong fuel in . ive tried lots of things like jump starting, disconecting the battery, locking n unlocking for immobilisers and what not, but still nothing at all. ive had a mechanic to come and look at it and he's completely stumped too, im currently waiting for the RAC to come and put it on a truck and take it away. so miffed off with it, had no problems what so ever in the 2 years of owning it untill today, im gutted . hope shes ok and its a minor problem!, ill go back to the car in an hour or so when the RAC ring me to say they're on their way.
