hi need info on this

my road is a cpz
whic mean no parking by non residents between certain hours

now there are some driveways which have a single white line outside them
what does that mean, no parkign at all>>>

there isa pub car park on my road and outside is a single yellow line and there are no speific times on that yellow line

what is the situation of parkign on them??

i think you have to keep clear of them so that people can have access to there drives

re parking

There is no parking allowed on an unbroken white line. the single yellow line will have a notice displayed somewhere along its lenght signifying the parking restrictions. ex. no parking from 6 am to 8pm

do you get a traffic warden walking down the road ever? if not then they dont really mean anything as no one is checking! as lonmg as you dont block people drives!

The white line is only on the drives
we do get wardens

ideally your not supposed to park on the white line

but what is a fine??
assumed it was just your own common sense not to park there?

Single white line = no parking for access reasons
Single yellow line = restricted parking as above the details should be on a post telling you times you cant park there, normally 8am -6pm no parking!
