Hi all, I have an 05 Doblo, 1.9 non turbo. On Wednesday, it decided to diplay the engine warning light and wouldn't rev. I limped to my tame mechanic at 19mph, and left it with him to be scanned. It did start fine the next day, but the same thing happened again about 4 miles later when the engine warmed.
Bottom line is that he suspects the high pressure fuel pump is faulty, backed up with the codes (P0253 & P0254).
I'm trying to find the part number so I can get a quote for a recon unit. Anyone have similar? And even better, a notion as to what it might be that doesn't involve the fuel pump? (Christmas optimist!!)
Or any sugestions about how I can get the part number without taking the car to bits?
Cheers, Chris.
