Alright, so I've searched this to death and come to no useful conclusions.

First question: Is there a high output alternator option for the 2015 Ducato 150? I feel like I'm already pushing it pulling 60A for battery charging, and would love to increase this. 200+A would be great if it's out there - 300A like the 'Muricans can get would be even better.

Second question: Is there a fitting kit available to add a second alternator? I know you can get these for Sprinters and Transits, so I'm surprised not to readily find them for Ducatos.

Final question: If neither of those is possible, to increase alternator output, has anyone got any experience of fabrication either to fit a larger alternator in place of the standard one, or to add a second one?

Thanks for any help on offer :)

It’s definitely doable as I know someone who has done it in the past on a motorhome.

If you log onto www.motorhomehelp.com and ask on there the site owner Dave will be able to help you as he also owns Outdoor Bits and they do motorhome stuff

The current Euro 6 Ducato has an uprated (200A) alternator as an option (see attachment).

I'm reasonably sure a similar option was available on the Euro 5 model.

It would appear, then, that and upgrade should be viable, but you'd need to talk to a dealer to get part numbers and ascertain if it is a simple swap.
