Hi,
My 1992 Panda CLX has a choke. Once the engine is up to temperature and the choke is pushed right in, the car idles faster than normal, like the choke isn't fully in (but it actually is). If I pull the accelerator pedal up with my toe, the revs reduce to what should be idle until I let go.
Does the choke control cable need adjusting or lubricating? The Haynes manual talks about adjusting the cable and the "trunnion pinch bolt". Is this the right place to start?
Any advice gratefully received
Thanks
