So a small side job I attempted to spec all the required HT bolts for my 4x4 rebuild.

I guarantee nothing here but as I replace them any if any seem odd I will advise.

Work In progress.

Will also need some nyloc nuts, plain nuts, plain washers and spring washers.

I just ordered 10 off of each nut and 20 of each washer.

Part numbers from
https://www.fiatdalys.lt/en/catalog/groups/2R/0/0/M6,M7,M8/0/GD

As Eper is less that reliable.

As to suppliers well Fiat of course but I selected most from
https://www.margnor.co.uk.
Came in 3 days all separately packed and labelled.

Some rounding up required to match all the sizes.
You may have to measure a few to confirm best fit.

130mm length M10 came from Amazon.

Also picked up a box of assorted stainless full threads for non critical items.
Whole lot was just over £50.

Good hunting!(y)

Yes very good. [emoji1360][emoji1009][emoji209]Listing. Also get a assorted ph 1&2 s (Phillips self tapper) tray for around £10. And replace all self tappers add grease to the thread too as this will prevent rust around the entry points.

So a small update.

First the brake caliper bracket retaining bolts look like they are 46417125 (on the diagram) but they are not M10 x 1.25 x 30.

There is a stud 46417126 which holds the brake hose bracket.
This is M10 x 1.25 x 38mm full thread with a nut machined in the middle.
Could be made from studding and Loctite but available from Fiat.

The brake caliper bracket lower bolt seems to be M10 x 1.25 x 15mm Full Thread. Suggest you check yours with a ruler before ordering!

This set up means you can't drop the bracket you just tap it out of the way to replace a disc. Going to look at a way to loose this like a slot in the 46417126 perhaps.

I am only adding this so you don't try fitting a 30mm bolt and crashing the disc.

Offside Front Drive Shaft Bolt 11612624 3 off Hex Head M6 x 1.25 x 20mm Full Thread.

Nearside Front Drive Shaft Bolt 14306521 4 off Hex Cap Screw M8 x 1.25 x 30 Now the original one is part thread but Fiat now seem to have this as a full thread. It unlikely to make a great difference as there is only 8mm of land on the part thread.

Given I am fitting the lift kit red flange I obtained some matching red stainless steel ones full thread from http://www.gwr-fasteners.co.uk/
Everything else is HT.

All the above have spring washers.
The brake hose bracket obviously has another nut and washer.

More soon.

Small Error
Bolts shock to hub carrier are 15971334 and should be M12 x 1.25 x 75
M10 for non 4x4
Sorry.

I used 85mm M10s and they work just as well :). What did you use for the stabiliser bar to trailing arm? It looks like M12, 1.5, and possibly 50mm?

To bolt the steering rack to the shock absorbers, I used full threaded M6 40mm bolts[emoji1303][emoji1303]

Stabiliser to trailing arm m12 x 1.25 bolt.
25 mm of shank. Steering arm m8 x1.25 x35 bolt 10mm shank 10.9 bolts and Nyloc nuts on both c form washers.

The 4x4 hub carriers are M12 clearance. Guess you might get away with M10. Not sure if non 4x4 carriers fit?
Probably need to update my list with the images now I have tried fitting them all maybe one day.
The 16242321 control arm to camber rod should be M12 x 1.25 x 60mm part thread.
There are no washers shown on the parts diagram but I did put a plain washer in before the nut. The bracket makes a pretty good washer?
