Hello, just bought a '10 Pop 1.2, 8k miles, in B/W for my wife, she loves it. And I have to agree with her, it's cute.

Any problems I need to be watching for with the 500? Do they fall to bits, go rusty or refuse to play out when it's raining?

Cheers (y)

If anyone's into Land Rovers/Bikes, I also have a '11 90HT, a '11 Ducati M1100evo and a '99 Suzuki SV650. :D

Welcome to the forum. My wife bought a 10 plate 1.2 Pop. just over 12 months ago with just over 8k on the clock. It now has 14k recorded and has just been in for a service, (we opted for the 18k service) Apart from the normal service items being dealt with we had to have the front brake pads replaced as they were 98% worn.

Car is used for local commuting and an occasional 90 mile round trip.

Have not needed to have anything done under warranty and all the bits are still in place. The only thing I have done to enhance the night driving is to replace the Dipped Beam headlamp bulbs (H7's) with Philips extreme Vision.

In my view these give a better night driving experience.

They are a bit fiddly to fit, especially the passenger side one, due to the fuse box limiting the maneuvering space, but it just takes patience.
