Hi all, name's Glenn, living in Sydney.
I've been enjoying the forums for the last 6 months gathering information on the little 500. I signed up for one in June and finally took delivery a couple weeks ago. A manual Pop in 111/A Passione Red.
A couple of firsts - first Fiat - let's hope the Fiat tradition of dissolving in water is very much in the past, and first brand new car - the depreciation hit buying brand new never really made sense to me. But seeing as Fiat repositioned the pricing here to a much more realistic level without completely stripping the Pop to bare metal specs, it seemed a safe enough bet to drop used car money on a brand new car with loads of character.
And I love it. So do the wife & kids. In fact, it's not my car anymore according to my better half. Leaving me with the Soobie (wet days) and my Cannondale (fine days).
