General Hi from Lancashire!

Hi all

I have joined this forum as I am hoping to buy a W-reg Bravo 1.2 80 SX tomorrow, or at least put down the deposit, as I went to see it this morning and apart from a few niggly bits I was rather impressed!

I know this question has been asked before but being a complete girl I need an easier explanation - what is the red key for and is it very important to have it?

hello - im a newbie here too
i bought my brava as a cheap run around cos my vectra spat its gearbox out, i was gonna get the vectra fixed but i found i liked the brava more - wich wasnt expected, but theyre not bad little cars

i wondered about the blue and red key thing - i think - so dont quote me on this - as they are coded the RED is the master key and should be kept somewhere safe as if lost it is expensive to replace and means new locks etc - the blue is for - well the key the slave to the master key - thats how i understand it anyway

Btw i got myself a red key and blue key made for 100 pound. so ignore anything you here about it costing 1000 pound as it can be done for less.
